What type of wood is used for the Serenada?

The Serenada is crafted from sustainably sourced teak hardwood. All of our teak is FSC certified, meaning it’s responsibly harvested to support environmental sustainability and ethical forestry practices.

Is it really sustainable?

All of our products are crafted from 100% FSC-certified teak hardwood, ensuring the wood is responsibly harvested from well-managed forests that prioritize environmental conservation and ethical practices.

What type of speaker does it come with?

The Serenada is equipped with a Celestion G12 Vintage 30 speaker, renowned for its enormously detailed and complex overtones, a warm low-end, a famously rich vocal mid-range, and a beautifully detailed top-end.

Is the Serenada compatible with all guitar amps?

Yes, the Serenada’s passive guitar cabinet is designed to be compatible with most standard guitar amps. The Celestion Vintage 30 G12 which is included is rated for 60W at 8 ohms.

How do I care for it?

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Serenada, we recommend the following:

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust regularly. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth with water and avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

What is the Sonoforma return policy?

Sonoforma products are made to order and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns, and we’ll work to find a solution.

Can I customize it?

At this time, Sonoforma products are only available in our standard finishes, which include Claro, Rosado, and Oscuro. Customizations are not available yet.

Yes, the Serenada is shipped fully assembled. Simply unbox it, plug in, and play.
